To attend one of our group coaching calls that are held via Zoom, you need to first sign up for the free account at http://zoom.us/  and download their free webinar software. (it is super easy, and fast!!)

You can attend via Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or mobile device. 

The day of the meeting we send out a link that will take you directly to the meeting.

Click the link provided and your browser will open with a pop-up asking if you wish to allow for Zoom to run.

Hit "Allow" and you will join the meeting.  Meetings begin at the time indicated in your email, if you are early, just hang out and wait!

Select the audio you want to use, most likely you will just want to select computer audio to use the internal speaker and microphone. You can also choose to show your face by selecting video as well.

These meetings are super fun, and engaging!  Hope to see you at one. (bring your questions!!)
