Renae Falcinella is a Rapid Transformational Therapy® Practitioner and the founder of The Healed Horseman’s Journey, a pioneering program that blends subconscious healing with powerful lessons uncovering the inner workings of our minds to create deep, lasting change.

After certifying in RTT in 2021 under world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer, Renae witnessed first hand how transformational subconscious work could be—not just in resolving anxiety, perfectionism, and fear, but in unlocking previously unreachable levels of connection and confidence with her own horse. What began as personal healing quickly evolved into a calling: to help equestrians clear emotional blocks that conventional training couldn’t touch.

Through her work, Renae has supported riders in overcoming deep-seated fear, performance anxiety, chronic self-doubt, and the inner criticism that holds them back in the saddle and in life. Her signature program, The Healed Horseman’s Journey, was born from individual client sessions and a clear pattern—what shows up in our horsemanship often stems from much earlier wounds.

Renae’s approach goes beyond mindset and mechanics. She works at the root, helping equestrians heal the subconscious beliefs that interrupt flow, trust, and true partnership with their horse. Her work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply effective—offering her clients not just progress with their horses, but transformation across all areas of life.
