Because of the Horse...
I become more confident, clearer, and a better version of myself.
Horses challenge me to growâmentally, emotionally, and spiritually. They teach me to break things down, stay curious, and turn frustration into fascination. I find that personal growth and horsemanship go hand in hand. The better I become for my horse, the better I become as a person. This journey is a gift, and I feel deeply blessed to walk it.

DAY 1
â Unlock Horse-Human Harmony_ Master Communication & Bonding
In this video, Rachel Jessop explores the idea of horseâhuman harmonyâwhat it looks like, what it doesnât, and how to build it step by step. Youâll learn how true harmony starts with bonding and relationship, then grows through clear, thoughtful communication. Rachel breaks down everyday transitions like walk, trot, and stop, showing how subtle cues, timing, energy, and repetition help your horse understand before pressure is applied. Using real-life stories and practical examples from both riding and groundwork, this video will help you become clearer, calmer, and more in sync with your horseâso training feels easier, smoother, and more enjoyable for both of you.
DAY 2
â That Magical Feel Everyone Talks About Hereâs How to Build It
In this video, Rachel breaks down the elusive concept of âfeelâ and shows you how to actively develop itâboth on the ground and in the saddle. Through simple, hands-on exercises using steady pressure, waiting, and even closing your eyes, youâll learn how to feel weight shifts, softness, resistance, and timing in your horse. This session is less about training the horse and more about refining youâyour awareness, patience, and lightness. Perfect for small spaces, winter sessions, or daily warm-ups, this exercise helps you slow down, get in sync, and build a softer, lighter connection that directly translates into better riding
