Anna Twinney: Where Whispers Become Wisdom
In a world that speaks through force, Anna Twinney listens with her soul. As an internationally recognized equine behaviorist, animal communicator, and Holy FireÂŽ Karuna Reiki Master, she has spent nearly three decades revolutionizing how we connect with horsesâand ourselves.
Born in England and raised among military communities in Germany, Anna's path took an extraordinary turn from British Police Officer to world-renowned horse whisperer. Her journey began with a sacred prayer: "Show me their whisper, so I may become their voice and speak their truth." That prayer has carried her across five continents, through wild herds and healing sanctuaries, transforming over 10,000 individuals and horses worldwide.
Anna's revolutionary Tri-Factor of Truth unites body language mastery, telepathic connection, and energetic resonance into something the equine world had never seen before. Recognized by both British Royalty and the U.S. Government, she became the first female clinician to bring natural horsemanship to China and Mongolia, conducting close to 1,500 clinics and events globally.
For over 30 years, she has championed horse rescue and rehabilitation, gentling more than 1,500 wild horses including famous mustangs like Monty Roberts' Shy Boy and her own Spanish Mustang soulmate, Excalibur. Her groundbreaking collaboration with rescue organizations has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars while giving voice to the voiceless.
At Whispering Feather Farm alongside her husband Vin Mancarella, Anna continues her mission through Reach Out to HorsesÂŽ and The Way of the Equine WarriorÂŽâa non-profit serving veterans, first responders, and at-risk youth through equine connection.
Anna goes far beyond traditional horsemanshipâshe awakens a language that exists beyond words, where trauma dissolves and spirits remember their truest form. Her work proves that when we listen deeply enough, whispers become wisdom, and healing becomes inevitable.
"In a world of constant noise, the pause is a radical act of love."
Because of the Horse...
I discovered that my greatest sensitivity was actually my greatest strength, that listening deeper than words could heal wounds I never knew existed, and that when we pause long enough to truly hear another being's whisper, we find our own voice and remember who we were always meant to be.
