Jill Hendershot Roth

Jill Hendershot Roth has been a student of the horse for over 25 years. Her greatest joy is to bring horses and their humans together. She focuses on the FUNdamentals of horsemanship through knowledge and reverence.
She has B.S. in Psychology and earned her Certificate in Equine Science, a three year program,  in 2018. Jill helped to guide students in their studies as a peer helper (teacher’s assistant) in the Equine Science program at University of Guelph.   She began her personal equine journey in Natural Horsemanship and finds herself being drawn, more and more, towards explorations in communications through thought and energy.  She has practiced the martial arts for over 20 years and was drawn to expand her mind-body connection by studying Equestrian Tai Chi.  As a certified instructor she is delighted to add this modality to her communication tool chest.  She is certified level 2 in Reiki and is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

She has gleaned a unique perspective on horses through living in seven different states across the US and in British Columbia, Canada.  Jill has volunteered in the administrative, training, and fostering side of horse rescuing.  She currently lives with her wonderful husband and 3 horses on the Paradise Paddock they built in the Pacific Northwest, USA.
