  • Trailer Loading The Steady Horse Way - Watch as Noah uses the Steady Horse Philosophy to help his student guide her horse, through one of the most frustrating experiences that a horse owner can have… loading their horse into a trailer. In this video Noah shows you how to load your horse into the trailer the Steady Horse way.
  • Desensitizing with the Steady Stick - Most training tools on the market focus on forcing your horse to respect you. I created a tool called the Steady Stick that earns your horse's respect instead of demanding it. Watch as I show you how to use the Steady Stick to desensitize your horse the right way.
  • Building an Unbreakable Bond -

My Unbreakable Bond Series shows off all that Steady Horse has to offer. Watch as I show you step-by-step how to build an unbreakable bond with your horse based on mutual trust, respect, and effective communication.

  • Steady Horse Pre-ride Groundwork - The most important part of riding a horse happens way before you even hop on. Groundwork exercises are the most essential warmups that you can do with your horse in preparation for any ride. In this video I’ll show you my pre-ride groundwork that I do before I get on any horse.

Noah has been working with horses and their owners for over 15 years. Noah himself has founded many equine businesses that have relied on having safe horses to ensure the safety of its patrons. Such businesses include riding schools, a horse obstacle Training facility, a horse entertainment company and carriage companies.

In all of his equine endeavors, his primary goal is to keep himself, his staff and his patrons safe and accident free while at the same time being fair and respectful to the horses. In addition to his love of horses, Noah is also the Senior Pastor of a small country church located in rural Texas. Noah, his wife Allison, and their 3 children, reside on their ranch in South Texas. Noah's faith, family and love of horses are at the center of all he does.

Noah Tillman-Young

Because of the horse, the Steady Horse approach is to always be fair to the horse by being soft and safe.
